Angrezi Dhabba, Dadar, Mumbai

Angrezi Dhaba - The wholesale Theka, Dadar, Mumbai

Food - 7/10 , the starters  were good and crispy, especially the cheese chilli onion rolls. The presentation was also good and main course was delicious too. Overall the food was tasty but the Paneer could have been  softer. Vegetarians like me may get disappointed as the menu consists of only 35% vegetarian variety whereas 65% non-vegetarian variety but koi nai, hum chala lenge 😛.

Drinks - Available.

Ambience - 8/10 , as soon as you enter you will see colourful walls, attractive one-liner posters, a lot of rope artwork, some dupatta artwork too, basket ceilings, etc. The lighting is apt. Two of the tables also have swinging seats if that interests you.

Staff - 7/10 , well trained staff.

Music - Yes, they play Bollywood songs to give it a proper Dhaba feel.

Spacious - Yes, but on weekends and holidays you can book in advance to be on the safer side.

Easy to locate - Yes, it is just a few minute walk from Dadar station and the same mall has INOX too, so you can make a full-fledged movie-dinner plan without wasting much time on travelling, just that the Dadar Station crowd can be irritating at times.

Pocket friendly - Yes.

Type - A place for family and friends. They also have a private room to accommodate bigger groups (which definitely requires pre booking or you can depend on your luck if it works well for you 😉).
