Parkinson's Disease and building confidence with Physiotherapy

Hello, this is my patient Meera Das, 69 year old. She has been diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease since 5 years, but since 2 years she is facing difficulty with walking, balance and standing. She lost confidence in herself as she became dependent on others for her daily activities like walking, standing, washroom etc.

After undergoing Physiotherapy rehabilitation treatment protocol with me she is gaining back her confidence and trying to become independent. She now sees a ray of hope in her life.

Uncafe, Sion, Mumbai

Uncafe, Sion, Mumbai I visited this cafe in December 2017 and the fact that Sion has a new Cafe apart from the CCDs and the Gurukripa made me happy 😛 Food - 7/10  . Along with coffee and other cold beverages and desserts it does has a lot of eating options to choose from. The presentation and the taste of the food is good, even the quantity is fair. We had a BBQ wrap, Parmesan fries, hazelnut latte and lemon iced tea, out of which lemon iced tea could've been better. Ambience - 7/10 . The environment is quite comfortable and there are a lot of pillows to make sure that you are seated comfortably. There is a table upstairs to accommodate a group of people so that they can have their separate get together up stairs. The lightings are good for photography (snapchatting and instagramming 😛) and the cafe is filled with creative wall art and wooden crafts to attract your attention. It is a good place for couples to snuggle but limit your snuggling as the lightnings are bright en...
