Comman Man v/s The Beggar

A person earning 12,000 per month gives alms to a beggar, indirectly helping him to earn 30,000 per month.
The person works 8-9 hours per day under the strict observation of his boss.
The beggar has flexible timings depending on his mood.
The person has the same boring office, with same nosy colleagues.
The beggar chooses his own work location with new crowd everytime.
The person travels for long hours in uncomfortable transports to reach his work place.
The beggar chooses his own work place according to his comfort.
The person has no energy left at the end of the day to spend quality time with his family.
The beggar has a good quality time with his family.
The person hardly gets an emergency leave with a salary cut off.
The beggar is his own boss.
The person isn't allowed to be creative at his workplace, he has to follow the mundane routine.
The amount of alms a beggar receives depends on his creativity. (singing, dancing, instrumental, make up, emotional blackmail, etc)

Where are we leading to?!
